In early September a specially developed bretby system for the Joy Flexible Conveyor Train (FCT) commenced operation at Clarence Colliery. The bretby carries all services for the FCT along with the power supply for the continuous miner. Mine personnel are delighted with improved ease of operation due to the new system.
